Enjoy your trip to the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally more this year by staying with us in the heart of the Black Hills. Cole Cabins are 18 breathtakingly beautiful miles from Sturgis. You’ll find us 5 miles south of Deadwood on Highway 385. You can pull right in to Cole Cabins from the highway and escape the dusty lanes leading into most other cabin rentals.
Enjoy sitting out on our front decks in the fragrance of the pine forest watching the parade of bikes going by on the highway while the deer graze attentively across the way. Do your own cooking in our modern kitchens in the full service cabins, barbeque on the gas grill, or grab a bite to eat at our neighbor, Wild Bill’s Campground, a great little bar and grill just across the highway.
Gas up less than a mile away at The Steel Wheel Trading Post and buy just about anything else you might need there also.
Trevino’s Leathers, famous for their handcrafted biker accessories is across the highway from the Trading Post.

We reserve the 10 days of the Sturgis Rally two different ways:
1. Best Price Deal (5 nights) Your choice of arriving Friday and leaving Wednesday morning or arriving Wednesday and leaving Monday morning.
2. Pick your own dates by booking all 10 days from Friday through and including Sunday.

STURGIS RALLY POLICIES
RESERVATIONS (This includes the full week before the Rally and the 10 days of the Rally)
Advance full payment is required to reserve a cabin during the Sturgis Rally.
Your credit card will be charged at the time you make the reservation for the total amount of the reservation.
Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced during the Rally. Please ask when making your reservation if you need accomadations for more people.
There will be no refunds for early departure or any other reason.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation notice by March 1st is required to prevent full liability for the period you reserved for Sturgis Rally dates.
75% of the amount charged to your credit card will be refunded to that card if you cancel by March 1st.
No refunds will be given for Sturgis Rally reservations cancelled after March 1st.
DAMAGE POLICY
The credit card charged for the reservation will be charged for any damages to cabins, furnishings, or property.
NO SMOKING inside the cabins! A $250 charge will be applied to your credit card if there has been smoking in the cabin!

Cole Cabins will not be held liable for damage, loss, delay, or expense caused from negligence of guests or friends of guests.
We will not assume responsibility for loss, delay, or expense caused by weather or other circumstances beyond the control of Cole Cabins.
