Policies & Guidelines
Welcome to Cole Cabins. Please review our policies before booking your stay so every guest can enjoy a peaceful, comfortable, and relaxing cabin experience.
We want your stay at Cole Cabins to feel simple, smooth, and stress-free. These policies are here to help protect your reservation, our cabins, and the experience of all guests on the property.
Reservations
- Two-night minimum stay except when stated otherwise.
- 25% at the time of booking.
- Balance is due 14 days prior to the arrival date.
Cancellation Policies
- Cancellations 15 days before arrival will be refunded at 100% of the total reservation cost.
- Cancellations 14 days before arrival or less will not receive a refund of any kind. No exceptions.
- No refunds for early departure.
Sturgis Rally Reservations
- Applies the full week before the Sturgis Rally and the full 10 days of the Rally.
- Five-night minimum, except with special permission.
- Non-refundable after March 1.
- Final balance is due March 1.
Sturgis Rally Cancellations
- No refunds after March 1. No exceptions.
- No refunds for early departure.
Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM (Mountain time)
- Check-out: 11:00 AM (Mountain time)
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our other guests and reduce noise levels.
Damage / Smoking Policy
- No Smoking inside the cabins.
- Smoking is allowed outside. Please dispose of trash and cigarette butts properly.
- Smoking in the cabin will result in a $250 charge applied to your credit card.
- Any damages will be charged to your credit card.
Pets
- Pets are allowed in the cabins.
- $75 pet fee per stay (2 pets allowed).
- Pets must be under control and well-mannered at all times.
- Please clean up after your pets.
- If pets howl or bark for long periods of time, owners will need to calm and/or pick up their pet.
- If your pet continues to create a problem, you will be asked to board them in town.
Misc. Policies
- Cutting across our neighbor's private property is strictly prohibited.
- Campers or tents are not allowed.
- Please check our fire danger level before using fire pits.
- Cellular reception and Wi-Fi service at the property may be limited, inconsistent, or intermittent due to location and service provider coverage.
